Zoom Digital Signage - Content management

Under the Admin section, select Room Management | Digital Signage Content (your user account must be authorized for access)

Select the Playlist you want to edit (e.g. "Mt Braddock Entry Signage")

To add new content

Select the +Add Content link

Select the Choose Files option of Drag and drop files to the screen

supported files include, .jpeg, .jpg, .gif, .png, .mov, .mp4, .wmv

Ideal image size is 1920px by 1080px

file size limit is 15MB

Select Add items

Select Save

To remove content

Select the checkbox next to the image or video

Select Delete Selected button

Select Save

To adjust duration of a slide(s)

Select the checkbox next to the image or video

Select Edit Duration button

Select the desired duration

Select Save

To convert Word documents into Jpeg files

After creating and saving your content in Microsoft Word,

Open this link via a web browser Word-to-Jpg

Upload Files or drag & drop Word file

Select Convert

Select Download once conversion is complete

Jpeg file will now be in your computer's Downloads folder and can be used added as new content

Note: changes made to playlist may take up to an hour to synchronize with digital signage device.
